Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Price Gap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and SlimFit Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”).

The service

Price Gap extracts publicly available product and pricing data from e-commerce websites that you specify, matches those products to your own catalog, and presents the result as a price gap analysis. The service reads data that is visible to any web browser - no login credentials for competitor shops are used or required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Price Gap to scan shops you do not have a legitimate business reason to compare against your own
• Attempt to bypass the rate limits or usage quotas of the service
• Use the service to collect personal data about individuals from third-party shops
• Resell, sub-license, or expose the service’s output via an API or integration to third parties without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the source code of the application

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal (Settings → Manage billing). After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT for EU customers. Lemon Squeezy handles VAT calculation and remittance automatically.

Data accuracy

Extracted product prices are a snapshot of publicly visible data at the time of the scan, and may be up to 24 hours old (shared cache).

Intellectual property

The Price Gap application, its design, and its underlying algorithms are owned by SlimFit Apps. You retain ownership of any data you provide (your shop URL, your catalog). Extracted competitor data belongs to the respective shop operators; your use of it must comply with their terms and applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlimFit Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost profits, pricing errors, or business decisions made based on analysis output.

Our total liability for any claim under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of the EU member state in which SlimFit Apps is registered.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
