- What counts as one analysis in Price Gap?
- One analysis is one run where you paste your shop URL and up to the plan limit of competitor URLs. Price Gap extracts each shop's full product catalog, runs the matching engine across all pairs, and produces the price comparison table. Re-running the same analysis with Deep scan counts as a separate analysis.
- What happens when I reach my monthly analysis limit?
- The analyze form shows a clear message that your monthly limit is reached and when it resets - the first of the next month UTC. All existing analyses and their results stay accessible. Only new runs are blocked until the limit resets.
- Is there a free trial for paid plans?
- The Free plan is a permanent free tier - not a time-limited trial. It gives you 3 real analyses per month against your actual shop so you can verify extraction quality and match rate before upgrading. No credit card required.
- Does CSV export cost extra on any plan?
- CSV export is included in all paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) at no extra charge. It is not available on the Free tier. The export contains all matched product pairs with prices, GTIN and SKU identifiers, price deltas, and action signals - ready for Excel without reformatting.
- What is force refresh and when do I need it?
- Price Gap caches shop extractions until midnight UTC - if a competitor was scanned earlier that day, re-running uses the cached snapshot instantly. Force refresh bypasses the cache and runs a fresh live extraction. Use it before a pricing decision that depends on today's prices, not a snapshot from earlier. Force refresh is available on Pro (10 per month) and Business (unlimited) plans.
