Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Price Gap after your first payment, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. We process refunds through Lemon Squeezy within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

For EU customers, you also retain the statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive for up to 14 days from the date of purchase, provided you have not made substantial use of the service.

Renewals

Renewal charges are not refundable unless you contact us within 3 days of the renewal date and have not used the service during the new billing period. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from Settings → Manage billing.

Annual subscriptions that are cancelled mid-year are not eligible for a pro-rated refund of the remaining months - cancellation stops further renewals and access continues until the paid period ends.

How to request a refund

Email hello@price-gap.comwith the subject “Refund request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will confirm the refund within one business day.

You do not need to give a reason, though feedback on why the service did not meet your needs is appreciated and helps us improve.

Account after refund

After a refund is issued your account is downgraded to the free plan. Your past analyses remain accessible - only paid features (additional competitors, CSV export, higher analysis limits) are restricted.
